Three public hearings are on the agenda today for the Madison City Commission’s weekly meeting.  Commissioners will hold hearings on a proposed resolution for a sidewalk improvement project in the city for 2020, and also on the city’s intent to submit applications for funding for proposed wastewater and storm sewer improvement projects.  The commission will also adopt resolutions authorizing the applications and designating the Mayor to certify and sign them for the proposed wastewater and storm sewer improvement projects.

The commission today will also hear from Scott Parsley regarding building permits related to the flood, and hold first reading and set the hearing date on an ordinance amending zoning regulations for certain dwellings within Madison’s Historic District.

The Madison City Commission meets at 5:30 today in the commission room in Madison City Hall.
