The Madison City Commission holds its regular meeting Monday.
Commissioners are scheduled to hold a public hearing on an ordinance for a zoning amendment, and approve second reading of the ordinance. The commission will also consider a proposal from Houston Engineering, Incorporated for drainage analysis on 9th Street from Park Creek to Highland Avenue.
Also on the agenda for the commission is an agreement with Lake County for the 2020-2021 purchase of fuel, a resolution establishing the city’s golf cart permit fee, and discussion on a request from the Lake Area Improvement Corporation to contribute to the Highway 34 and Industry Avenue Turn Lanes Project.
Commissioners will again hold their meeting virtually, starting at 5:30 Monday, using the GoToMeeting application.
