The Madison City Commission is holding its regular meeting Monday.  On the agenda for the commission is the annual adoption of the city’s resolution establishing a special maintenance fee for the purpose of maintaining or repairing public improvements.  The commission will also consider a couple of notices of intent for Kingbrook Rural Water System.  The commission meeting begins at 5:30 Monday.  Commissioners will again meet virtually utilizing the GoToMeeting application.
