In the Madison Central School Board election on Tuesday, one incumbent board member and one new board member were elected.  In unofficial results from the Madison Central School Board election, incumbent board member Rob Honomichl was the top vote-getter with 1053 votes in Tuesday’s election, followed by Richard Avery with 975 votes.  Following close behind Avery was Eric Hortness with 940 votes, and Robert Bergstrom received 388 votes in yesterday’s election.

Honomichl and Avery will serve three-year terms on the school board.  Voter turnout for the Madison Central School Board election was just more than 30-percent.

Votes from Tuesday’s election will be canvassed by the Madison Central School Board at its next meeting on Monday.
