Madison Central School District reports one new positive COVID-19 case

The Madison Central School District has reported one more new positive COVID-19 case within the district.  On Wednesday, the district reported that a student or staff member at Madison Elementary School had tested positive for COVID-19.  Superintendent Joel Jorgenson said that there were no close contacts within the school. 

This is the third new positive case reported within the district this week.  Cases at both Madison High School and Madison Middle School were reported by the district on Tuesday.
