Madison Central School District reports one new positive COVID-19 case

The Madison Central School District reported one additional positive COVID-19 case on Friday.  The district reported that a student or staff member at Madison High School had tested positive for COVID-19.  

Superintendent Joel Jorgenson said the school district is working with the state Department of Health to determine if there are any additional students who would be considered close contacts.  Parents of close contacts will be notified by e-mail and phone call.
