Madison Central reports positive COVID-19 case at MHS

The Madison Central School District reported its eleventh positive COVID-19 case within the district on Tuesday.  Superintendent Joel Jorgenson said Tuesday’s case is a student or staff member at Madison High School. The school district is working with the state Department of Health to determine if there are any additional students who would be considered close contacts.  Parents of anyone considered a close contact will be notified by the school district and the state Department of Health.  

The first positive COVID-19 case in the district was reported on September 10th.
