Madison Aquatic Center opens to visitors

Families from around the area got a chance to enjoy the Madison Aquatic Center once again, for the first time since the summer of 2019. The outdoor pool opened on Saturday afternoon, and Community Center Director Gene Wockenfuss said there were many people involved in making the re-opening of the pool happen, including the staff of lifeguards.
Madison Mayor Roy Lindsay also helped kick off the opening of the pool on Saturday.
The Madison Aquatic Center will be open every day from 1:00 until 6:00 p.m., along with evening hours only on Friday and Saturday evening from 7:00 until 9:00 p.m.
