Lewis & Clark project to receive $18.6M in FY23 Appropriations Bill

The Lewis & Clark Regional Water System will get close to nineteen-million dollars from the federal Omnibus funding bill that was signed last week.

Lewis & Clark Executive Director Troy Larson said it is another solid round of funding.

Larson said this money will be used to pay for ongoing projects, including work on the Madison service line.

Larson said the project will also get more money from the Bipartisan Infrastructure Law.

Larson said if they can get the supplies they need, all of the project’s 20 members will be getting water by early 2025.
