Lake County Still Dealing With a High Volume of 911 Accidental Calls

Lake County 9-1-1 Communication is receiving an increase in accidental or abandoned calls over the summer. We spoke to the 9-1-1 Communications Director April Denholm about the situation and how the emergency services system works.
