Lake County has another positive COVID-19 case reported Monday.  The state Department of Health reports fifteen positive cases total in Lake County now, with eleven of them recovered and one death.  That means there are three active cases in the county at this time, and there have been 535 negative tests. 

Statewide, new positive COVID-19 cases increased by 30 Monday for an overall total of 5928.  Of those, the state is reporting that 892 of them are active cases, and 93 people are currently hospitalized. 

Three area counties currently have two active coronavirus cases each, including Kingsbury, McCook, and Moody counties.  Miner county has one active case, and Brookings has ten active cases at this time.
