Lake County has three new positive COVID-19 cases over the weekend

Three additional new positive COVID-19 cases were reported in Lake County over the weekend, with nine additional recovered cases.  With the new cases, Lake County’s total number of positive cases is now at 81, with 63 of them recovered and two deaths, putting the total number of active cases currently at sixteen.  There have been 880 negative tests in the county.

Statewide, six more COVID-19 deaths were reported since Friday, putting the state’s total at 135.

A total of 191 new positive coronavirus cases were reported statewide over the weekend.  8955 positive cases have been reported in the state since March.  There are now 911 active cases and 35 people are currently hospitalized.
