Lake County Commission meeting Thursday
The Lake County Commission is holding its first regular meeting in June on Thursday this week because of the election being held on its normal Tuesday meeting day. Â
On the agenda for commissioners Thursday is Commission Administrative Officer Shelli Gust with a resolution for the transfer of the county’s tax deed property to Horizon Heights Road District. Commissioners will also meet with Cam Shafer with Sporty’s Bar & Grill at 9:20 Thursday morning regarding a temporary special on-sale liquor license, and with Welfare Director Mandi Anderson regarding indigents. Auditor Bobbi Janke meets with commissioners also Thursday in order to canvass the results from the county’s primary election. Â
An executive session for contractual matters is scheduled for the end of tomorrow’s meeting.
The Lake County Commission meeting begins at 9:00 Thursday morning in the commission room in the Lake County Courthouse in Madison. Â
