Lake County Commission meeting Thursday

The Lake County Commission is holding its regular meeting this week on Thursday morning.  On the agenda for county commissioners is the adoption of the county’s 2021 budget and resolution containing tax levies.  That will be held at 9:20 Thursday morning.  Before that, Cam Shafer with Sporty’s Bar and Grill will meet with commissioners regarding three temporary special on-sale licenses.  At 10:00 Thursday, commissioners will meet with County Zoning Officer Mandi Anderson regarding a conditional use request and two plats.  

Commission Administrative Officer Shelli Gust will discuss with commissioners the approval of a dive team member and the adoption of the Local Emergency Operations Plan.  Auditor Paula Barrick will meet with commissioners regarding personnel and to designate the general election polling places.  

An executive session for personnel is scheduled for the end of Thursday’s meeting.

The Lake County Commission meets starting at 9:00 Thursday morning in the commission room in the Lake County Courthouse.
