A 22-year-old Madison woman has been sentenced to serve time in the state penitentiary after violating the terms of a previously suspended sentence.  In Lake County Circuit Court this week, Circuit Judge Pat Pardy sentenced Kennedy Iron Heart to serve four years in the state penitentiary, time that had been suspended when she was sentenced originally on a felony possession of a controlled substance charge.  Judge Pardy imposed the four years in the penitentiary for Iron Heart, but suspended two years of the sentence and gave her credit for 30 days she had previously served.
