Inmate serving time out of Lake County dies

An inmate serving a prison sentence out of Lake County has died.  

82-year-old inmate Wayne Trousdale died Sunday at a Sioux Falls hospital, according to the state Department of Corrections.  

At the time of his death, Trousdale was serving a 50-year sentence for criminal pedophilia and a concurrent 15-year sentence for sexual contact with a child under the age of 16. Both of the sentences were from Lake County.
