Governor Kristi Noem says residents need to prepare for what could be another year of serious spring flooding. She says that the recent snowstorm was just another warning.

Noem says the ground is already saturated and more snow will come this winter and that could add up to another rough spring.  She says residents are still dealing with the impact of flooding from last spring, and farmers especially, where the state had the highest amount of unplanted acres in the nation.

Noem says the state is doing all it can now to be prepared and wants others to be prepared as well.
