Madison Drug Sentences

Two men were sentenced to time in the state penitentiary for drug chargers on Tuesday. Tyler Bearheels, age 25, pleaded guilty to ingestion of controlled substance as well as being a habitual offender. Circuit Judge Pat Pardy sentenced Bearheels to 6 years in the state penitentiary, Judge Pardy suspended 4 years of sentence on several conditions, including the Bearheels, pay certain costs and restitution, and obey all laws. He was also given credit for 81 days served.

 

Neil Hipskind, age 28, pleaded guilty to violation of the terms of a suspended sentence. Judge Pardy ordered Hipskind to serve 5 years in the state penitentiary, and als suspended 2 years of the sentence. Hipskind was given credit for 64 days already served.Â
