Dakota State University in Madison is hosting a remote program in honor of Labor Day on Monday.

Casualene Meyer, DSU adjunct instructor of English and a member of the university’s Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion Committee, said the program will be a Lunch and Learn remote program held to discuss the true meaning of Labor Day.

The informal conversation about labor relations and organized labor will feature panelists from Dakota State and the Madison business community, who will speak from their own experience as labor representatives or as business owners and employers.

Monday’s discussion will begin at noon via Zoom.  A link to how to register for the meeting can be found here.
