DSU hosting Educators Rising Conference

Dakota State University in Madison is hosting the 2nd annual Educators Rising South Dakota conference today.  Educators Rising is an organization dedicated to developing aspiring teachers by providing hands-on experience, and helping potential students cultivate their skills.

The day includes breakout sessions featuring a variety of presentation topics.  South Dakota Teacher of the Year Amanda Harris will speak to the group this afternoon, and a DSU showcase will also take place.
