DSU and NSA enter education partnership

Dakota State University in Madison is now in partnership with the National Security Agency through an Educational Partnership Agreement. The agreement was approved at a recent meeting of the state Board of Regents.

Dr. Rebecca Hoey, DSU Provost and Vice President for Academic Affairs, said that this is a new way to expand educational, research, and career opportunities for students.

The purpose of the Educational Partnership Agreement is to improve STEM education, so through this agreement, NSA innovators can provide training and mentoring to personnel in the science and technology fields. NSA may also transfer or donate laboratory equipment to public and private schools.
