The Madison City Commission has awarded the bid for the construction of the underground electric circuitry for the Cyber Estates Development in northeast Madison.  City Utilities Supervisor Brad Lawrence told commissioners during their meeting Monday that the city had received three bids for the project.  He said the recommendation from DGR Engineering is to go with the low bid of just more than 86-thousand dollars for the project.  The low bid comes from May Construction of Madison.  The bid amount is just less than what DGR Engineering had estimated for the project.

Also on Monday, commissioners approved a Letter of Assurance agreement with Nielson Development, LLC for the Cyber Estates Addition in Madison.Â
