City approves Park and Rec Board appointments; appoints Lewis & Clark Regional Water System delegate

The Madison City Commission approved appointments to the city’s Park and Recreation Board during its meeting on Tuesday.  The appointments were tabled from the commission’s meeting last week in order for the Park and Rec Board to discuss them at its meeting last week.  According to the minutes from the Park Board meeting on May 11th, the board approved the appointment of Mark Ferber to another three year term on the board.   The board also voted to extend the term of board member Allyson Nagel until it finds a replacement for her.  These recommendations are what the city commission approved on Tuesday.

Also on Tuesday, the commission appointed a delegate for the city on the Lewis and Clark Regional Water System’s Board of Directors to replace former City Engineer Chad Comes, who resigned from the city last month.  Commissioners appointed Building Official and Engineering Technician Ryan Hegg to now serve in that position.
