Madison City Commissioners have approved an agreement with First Premier Bank regarding the concrete surfacing of the alley near its property.  First Premier Bank owns the property located at 202 Northwest Second Street in Madison and has requested to install asphalt concrete surfacing on the alley from Van Eps Avenue extending west approximately two-hundred and six feet.

City Engineer Chad Comes told commissioners what is included in the Memorandum of Understanding and Agreement regarding the property.

Comes said that the bank wants to use the alley as an aisle in order to drive in and park.  First Premier Bank currently has a temporary building located on its property, with plans to build a permanent building.Â
