Madison Central Experiencing a Bus Driver Shortage

A lack of Bus Drivers is a challenge that not only affects the Madison area but all of South Dakota. Madison School Superintendent Joel Jorgenson spoke on some of the reasons why he thinks the shortage is happeningĀ

Jorgenson says there are several steps the district has taken to help secure bus drivers for the upcoming school year.

Jorgensen says bus drivers not only do morning and afternoon routes but also take teams to events throughout the school year.
