The Oldham-Ramona-Rutland School district held its Homecoming Coronation Ceremony on Tuesday night. The Homecoming Court included  Brock Eppe, Brayden Hanson, Dillon Rennas, Bella Malisch, Camlin Schneider, and Kimberly Trygstad. Jace Schiernbeck was crowned as the homecoming King, and Emily Matson as Queen. Crown Bearers were  Laila Spenser and Chesney Olson.

A new tradition honoring the impact of school staff began at this year’s Oldham-Ramona-Rutland Coronation. Each royalty student selected a staff member who has impacted them personally to escort them. Each student wrote about the staff member and their impact, which was read aloud as students were escorted to the stage.

As King and Queen, Schiernbeck and Matson will preside over the homecoming week activities, which conclude Friday night with the ORR homecoming game against Sioux Falls Lutheran. You can hear that game Friday night on Jammin’ Country 103.
