Author Presentation: CK Van Dam

Sioux Falls author, CK Van Dam will talk about her book, “Proving Her Claim”, a story of Anna Olson, a “girl homesteader” who starts a new life in Dakota Territory. Along the way she finds love, adventure (of course) and a sense of accomplishment.
The novel was inspired by the Homestead Act of 1862.
