Trojans’ Nick Huntimer Named NSAA Sports Director of the Year

This past week, Dakota State’s Sports Information Director Nick Huntimer was selected as the 2020-21 North Star Athletic Association Sports Information Director of the Year award. This is the second time receiving this honor after being named the NSAA’s SID of the Year award in 2014. Huntimer works on game program material for home contests, game day promotions, and maintains the athletics website and social media. Most recently, he was the On-Site Coordinator for the four-day NAIA Indoor Track and Field National Championships. Huntimer has worked in the sports information department for 15 years.
