Trojans Cross Country Teams Return to Action Today

The Dakota State men’s and women’s cross country teams return to action this afternoon for the first time since September 10th when they run in the 36th Annual Roy Griak Invitational.

The Roy Griak Invitational is one of the biggest cross-country meets across the Midwest region, featuring meets from NCAA Division I to high school levels.

Dakota State men’s runners are set to run in the Jo Rider Men’s Maroon 8K Race at noon, meanwhile the Trojan women runners are scheduled to run in the Suzy Wilson Women’s Maroon Race at 12:45pm.  

Both of the meets feature numerous schools from NCAA Division II, III, and NAIA. .

Up next for the Trojans is when they enter into the second month of cross-country action, heading to Sioux Center, Iowa on October 8th to run in the Holiday Inn Express Classic.
