Trojans 2022 Cross Country Schedule Announced

The Dakota State University Cross Country team announced their schedule for the Fall 2022 season, with seven total meets including the North Star Athletic Association (NSAA) Championship, along with the NAIA National Championships.

The season debut for the Trojans will be in a prime-time cross country meet, the NCAA Division II Augustana Twilight meet held at Yankton Trails in Sioux Falls on September 2nd. The meet will feature numerous races ranging from middle school through high school and wrapping up with college races during the evening hours.

They will then follow that meet up with their first and only home meet of the season on September 10th when they host the 20th annual Herb Blakely Invitational at the Madison Country Club.

The NSAA Cross Country Championships will be held in Dickinson, ND on November 4th, and then the NAIA Cross Country National Championships will follow a few weeks later on November 18th in Tallahassee, FL.

Start times for the meets have not yet been announced.
