Dakota State Men’s Basketball is ramping up to begin their season. Practice officially started last week and they are ready to put behind the injury-riddled last season. The Trojans managed just eight wins on the campaign, a win number that has not been seen too often in Coach Gary Garner’s career. There is a hearty mix of returns to the squad, as well as transfers and freshmen that could contribute to the Trojans. Coach says they are excited for the season and points out that the defense needs to be better this year.

DSU is still waiting on final word, as they expect adjustments to their first couple of games on the season, NSAA play is scheduled to start on December 5th at Bellevue.
