After a tight first 10 minutes of their home contest versus Trinity Bible College last night, the Trojan Men’s Basketball team broke open the contest before halftime and cruised to a 101-63 win. Dakota State shot a blistering 56% from beyond the arc in the game (19-34) and used their depth to over power the visiting Lions. Five players scored in double-digits in the game, led by Josh McGreal’s 27 point and eight rebound game. Cole Bruhn had a double-double with 12 points and 10 rebounds and Brady Elder dished out 9 assists.

It marked the second win in a row for the DSU Men (2-7) as they continue to get healthy and jell on the court. Trojans will be back in action on Saturday in an exhibition game at University of Sioux Falls and then return to the DSU Fieldhouse next weekend to host a Tournament. You will be able to catch both of the Men’s games on the 22nd and 23rd of November on FM103.
