Roth Competes in NAIA National Championships

Freshman Lindsey Roth of Dakota State competed in her first NAIA Women’s Cross Country National Championship Friday morning at Apalachee Regional Park. 

The 43rd annual running of the national meet saw a total of 326 runners in the 5K racecourse.

Roth, who represented the NSAA as the automatic individual qualifier after finishing second in the conference meet on November 4th, clocked a time of 20 minutes, 24.8 seconds at the NAIA Championship meet.  

Her time at the NAIA meet earned her a 269th place finish in the race. Full results can be found here.

The NAIA national meet officially ends the cross-county season for Roth other runners in the NAIA.
