Media Day Took Place on Wednesday for Dakota State Football

Yesterday was Dakota State’s Photo and Media Day at Trojan Field. Players and coaches appeared for individual headshots and team pictures. Head Coach Josh Anderson got excited about having nine of his 11 defensive starters back for the 2021 season.
Coach Anderson mentioned the struggles of possibly having the coronavirus cancel games week after week for the 2020 season.
Currently, there are seven quarterbacks on the Trojan’s roster. Coach Anderson couldn’t name the starting quarterback quite yet.
The Trojans will play Mount Marty in a scrimmage on Thursday, August 19 at 4:00 p.m. The first game of the season will be in Mitchell with DSU taking on Dakota Wesleyan on Saturday, August 28 at 7:00 p.m. for the Chamber of Commerce Traveling Trophy.
