After another successful weekend for Dakota State Indoor Track & Field, two athletes received recognition from the NSAA. Traia Hubbard was named the Women’s Field Athlete-of-the-Week. She captured titles in both the shot-put and weight throws at the Mount Marty Invite, breaking her own school record in the weight throw. Meanwhile, SenQuavius Johnson was named the Men’s Track Athlete-of-the-Week. He won the 60 meter dash for his fifth win of the indoor season and has the fastest time in the NSAA so far this year. Both Hubbard and Johnson gained weekly honors for the second time in the season.

DSU Track & Field will have their final indoor regular season meet this Saturday in Yankton.
