Dakota State Softball had their two games yesterday rained out. They will wrap up the Tucson Invite today versus Dordt and number 14 Olivet Nazarene. They fell to Olivet on Tuesday via a score of 12-2.

Trojan Baseball had a double-header with William Penn (Iowa) yesterday. They dropped game one via a score of 16-2, as they fell behind 7-0 after two and a half innings. William Penn busted open the game with an eight-run fourth inning. Mike Vohnoutka had a pair of hits and Esai Hernandez drove in both runs for the Trojans. Game two saw DSU get out to a 1-0 advantage after two innings, but William Penn would get four unanswered runs to lead 4-1 after four innings. Trojans would get a run back in the sixth inning but could not pull any closer, falling 4-2. Coach Hardie says the team is shooting themselves in the foot a little too much right now.

DSU Baseball wraps up their Tucson Invite today against Waldorf University, in a game that will not count in the NSAA standings.
