It was a solid trip to Kansas City, Missouri for Dakota State Baseball, as they took all four games from Kansas Christian over the last two days. After Thursday’s sweep, Friday saw DSU win a wild first game 17-14 and game two 8-4. After falling behind 6 to 3 in the first game yesterday, the Trojans erupted for seven runs in the top of the fifth inning and added five more in the seventh. The second game, Dakota State rallied for a five run seventh inning to pick up the win.

With the four wins, the Trojans moved to 5-5 on the season and already topped their win total from last year. Dakota State Baseball will head to Arizona for games across March 9th through 13th. Home opener is set for the 17th of March.
