DSU Announces Hiring of Kelsey

The Dakota State University Athletics Department has announced the hiring of Michaela Kelsey as an assistant strength and conditioning coach.  Kelsey graduated at the University of Nevada-Las Vegas (UNLV) with a Bachelor of Science in kinesiology.  She also played women’s soccer during her education there from 2013-17.

She continued her education at UNLV, where she graduated with a Master of Science in exercise physiology in 2019.  Kelsey worked as the assistant coach for the women’s soccer from the 2018-19 season, implementing an ACL prevention program. She designed and implemented programs for women’s tennis, women’s basketball and men’s and women’s diving.
