Dakota State Softball is back in action this weekend, the second weekend of the Presentation Dome tournament. After four games last weekend, they have four more scheduled for this weekend. Today they play Dakota Wesleyan and number 22 Morningside College. Tomorrow they face conference foe and number 10 Valley City State University as well as University of Jamestown. Good luck to Dakota State Softball this weekend as they are in the hurt for their first victory of the season.

The Heptathlon results for the NSAA Conference meet have been announced. Coaches had to declare one of their athletes scores from a regular season meet to qualify. DSU Treshawn Roberts ended up with the highest Heptathlon score on the Men’s side in the NSAA. His 4,438 point effort also broke the school record. His first place finish gave DSU 10 points heading into the full day of the NSAA Conference Meet at SDSU. Events tomorrow get underway at 10am.
