Dakota State Football Wins 4th Annual Chamber of Commerce Traveling Cup To Start 2021

Dakota State Football won the Chamber of Commerce Traveling Cup for the fourth time in a row to start the 2021 season against Dakota Wesleyan on Saturday. The 6-0 defensive battle ended with a Blake Duran interception on the Tigers’ last drive. DSU’s Caleb Nielsen nailed two field goals for the only points of the game. Under center, Josh Giles went 12-24 for 96 yards. Jack Anderson rushed 25 times for 97 yards. The Trojans are home this Saturday against NCAA Division III Wisconsin-LaCrosse.
