Dakota State Falls to Dickinson in Second Straight Road Loss

After trailing only seven at the end of the first half, the Dakota State Football let up 20 unanswered points to Dickinson State in Saturday’s 34-14 loss. DSU’s Ja’Sem Atonio threw for 159 yards and a touchdown. Dajshon Keel had 9 catches for 94 yards and a touchdown. Josh Giles got into the game and threw the touchdown to Keel. Blue Hawks Quarterback Drew Boedecker passed for 208 yards and a touchdown. Riley Linder rushed 17 times for 70 yards and a touchdown. A total of six interceptions were thrown, including the Trojans picking off Boedecker four times. Mahdi Benalshaikh and Jay Skogerboe had a pick each while Noah Guse had two. It was his third pick in two games. The Trojans start a two-game homestead next weekend against Valley City State.
