Wolf Breaks His Own Record for Chester in Howard Relays

In the Howard Relays over the weekend, the Chester Area Track and Field team had multiple relays with season-best times along with a new broken school record. 

Jovi Wolf, who already had the Chester school record for the 400m dash, broke his own school record in the race with a time of 49.94 to earn an eighth place finish.

Wolf was also on the 4x200m relay team that consisted of Zach Moyer, Max McGreevy, and Clay Hansen that had a season best time of 1:36.85. They finished 14th in the race. 

Three girls relay teams for the Flyers had season best times, starting with the 4x100m relay team of Sydnie Shoenrock, Serena Larson, Ramsie Shoenrock, and Jacy Wolf who placed 16th with a time of 53.67. 

The Flyers 4x200m relay team of  Katelyn Schut, Larson, Shoenrock, and Addison Bates also placed 16th with a season best time of 1:54.37. The 4x400m relay team for Chester that had Bates, Wolf, Schut, Emery Larson also had a season best time of 4:19.32 to place 13th.

The Flyers will next compete tomorrow, Thursday, May 11th, in Salem for the Big East Conference Meet.
