Three Colman-Egan Volleyball Players Named All-Conference

Last week, the Dakota Valley Volleyball All-Conference teams were announced, and Colman-Egan had three players named to the team along with one honorable mention. 

The three players for Colman-Egan to be named to the All-Conference team were Daniela Lee, Kadance Landism, and Berkley Groos. 

Lee led the Hawks in both kills and blocks this year, getting 239 kills and 137 blocks while adding 450 digs as well. She also had a team leading 26 aces. Landism was not far behind with 235 kills of her own, along with 62 blocks and 215 digs. 

Groos had a team leading 471 digs for the Hawks, and also registered 156 kills and 22 blocks. 

Lanie Mousel received an honorable mention for Colman-Egan with her 44 kills and 57 blocks. She added 267 digs, good enough for third best on the team.

As a team, the Hawks finished with a 20-9 record and 7-2 conference record, which earned them the second best finish in the Dakota Valley Conference. Colman-Egan will continue their season in the Class B State Quarterfinal this Thursday, November 17th with a match against Chester Area.
