Powder Puff Night

The Paramount Racing Series returns to the track this evening with Powder Puff Night at I-90 Speedway.

There will be four classes of cars for tonight’s event, those classes being the IMCA RaceSaver Sprint Cars, Late Model Street Stocks, USRA B-Modifieds, and USRA Hobby Stocks.

Last weekend at the I-90 Speedway, Trefer Waller from O’Neil, NE won for the IMCA RaceSaver Sprint Cars. 

The top two finishers for the Late Model Street Stocks came from Sioux Falls, SD, with Cory Yeigh placing first, followed by Zach Olivier. Both A and B Features for the USRA B-Modifieds also came from Sioux Falls, SD, with Scott Kennedy winning the A Feature and Duke Erickson in the B Feature.

Travis Vanden Top of Rock Rapids, IA finished first for the USRA Hobby Stocks last weekend in the A Feature, with the B Feature for the Hobby Stocks being won by Bill Christiansen of Garretson, SD.

Pits will open at 4pm tonight, with the gates then opening at 5pm. Hot lap begins at 6:30pm with the racing finally beginning at 7pm. 

Cost of admission for adults is $15 and $6 for kids. Tickets can be purchased here.
