Mr. & Ms. Basketball Announced

Hansen/Anderson Basketball announced their Mr. and Ms. Basketball finalists and recipients over the weekend. Emma Ronsiek, of O’Gorman, was named Miss Basketball and Ryder Kirsch, of Saint Thomas More, was named Mister Basketball.

Locally, Hilary Albrecht, of Howard, was named a finalist for Ms. Basketball. She is Howard’s all-time leading scorer and plans on attending Dordt University. Hannah Parsley, of Flandreau, was also a finalist, she is the Fliers all-time leading scorer and is headed to Southwest Minnesota State. Max Nielson, of Sioux Valley, was named a finalist for Mr. Basketball. The Cossack Senior is headed to Northern State to play for Saul Phillips.
