Matchups for 2nd Annual DVC Girls Classic Announced
Matchups for this year’s 2nd Annual Dakota Valley Conference Girls Basketball Classic, to be played on Saturday, January 21st at Deubrook Area High School, have been announced.
The classic will start at 11am in the Auxiliary Gym with a matchup between Estelline/Hendricks and Dawson-Boyd. They will be followed by Elkton-Lake Benton and Adrian/Ellsworth at 12:30pm before Oldham-Ramona/Rutland plays Waubay Summit at 2pm.
Madison will play in the final game of the classic that is held in the Auxiliary Gym at 3:30pm against Dell Rapids St. Mary.
In the Main Gym, De Smet will lead off with their game against Hills-Beaver Creek at 11:30am. Colman-Egan and Lower Brule will then follow at 1pm.
The 2:30 matchup is scheduled to be Castlewood v Pipestone, followed by Arlington v Clinton-Graceville-Beardsley at 4pm. The final game of the classic will be host team Deubrook Area taking on Westbrook-Walnut Grove at 5:30pm.
Admission to the DVC is $8 for adults and $5 for K-12.Â
