Aspen Dahl  hit a game-tying three with less than two seconds left in regulation and Carter Bergheim provided the offense in overtime as Madison defeated Flandreau 57-54 on Saturday night in Flandreau. The two sides battled in a physical affair, the Fliers led for most of the second half but never by more than two possessions. Madison got the ball and called a timeout with just under seven seconds left to set up Dahl’s heroics in regulation, Bergheim scored all nine of the Bulldog points in the extra four minutes and finished with 17 points. 

The win moved Madison to 7-5 on the year, while Flandreau dropped to 10-4. The Fliers were led by Chase LeBrun who had 23. The Bulldogs will be back in action on Tuesday, hosting West Central.
