Hanson Classic Field Announced

The Hanson Classic announced its 2021 field, with next year’s event being the 38th annual girls classic and 39th annual boys. The girls will play on Saturday, Jan. 16, and the boys the following Saturday, Jan. 23, at the Corn Palace.
On the girls side, Hanson, Corsica-Stickney, Winner, Ethan, Parkston, Avon, McCook Central/Montrose and Bridgewater-Emery were among the selected teams. The field also includes White River, Lennox, St. Thomas More, Hamlin, Faulkton Area, Sioux Falls Christian, Flandreau and Waubay/Summit.
Among the boys teams are Hanson, Platte-Geddes, Canistota, Lyman, Chamberlain, Howard and Corsica-Stickney. They’ll be joined by Sioux Valley, Tea Area, Viborg-Hurley, St. Thomas More, Clark/Willow Lake, De Smet, Dakota Valley, Aberdeen Christian and White River.
