Dell Rapids hosted an 18 team cross country invite yesterday afternoon that included multiple local schools and races from junior high all the way to varsity. As for the varsity results, Faith Weise of Flandreau finished in second place to lead local girls, Brie Peters of Tri-Valley was fourth and Libby Hursey of Flandreau was fifth. Flandreau girls claimed the team title.
On the boys side – Nate Hargraves of Tri-Valley came in fourth place and Jordan Shock, McCook Central/Montrose, was 15th overall. Sioux Falls Christian captured the team title.
