Day One of Class B State Track and Field Meet

Multiple area teams participated and placed high on the first day of the Class B State Track and Field meet. 

In the Girls 100m Hurdles prelims, Jacy Wolf of Chester finished fourth while Elaina Rhodes of Colman-Egan snuck into the finals for today with her eighth place finish. 

Colman-Egan placed first in both the 4x100m Relay, with the team of Lanie Mousel, Abby Rhode, Elaina Rhode, Daniela Lee, and the Sprint Medley with the team of Lanie Mousel,  Elaina Rhode, Josie Mousel, Reese Luze. Chester placed second in the Sprint Medley with the team of Jacy Wolf, Ramsie Shoenrock, Addison Bates, Emery Larson.

Alivia Bicket (Oldham-Ramona/Rutland) placed just outside of the top five in the shot put with her toss of 36’3.

Chrsitopher Lee of Colman-Egan finished second in the 100m Dash with a time of 10.91. Jovi Wolf of Chester Area was also among the top finishers in the Boys 100m dash, finishing fifth with a time of 11.11.

Jase Mousel for Colman-Egan finished third in the Triple Jump with a 40’8 leap. Mousel, along with Ben Zwart, Jack Mousel, and Lee, were just outside of the top five with a sixth place finish in the 4x100m Relay.
